How do I make a booking with you?
You may use the booking enquiry form on the booking page. We will e-mail you regarding availability for your requested dates, fees for your stay and confirm if you wish to proceed. Alternatively, ‘phone us on 01462 742382 between 9am and 8pm, please leave an answerphone message if we are not available.
Do I have to send a deposit?
We do not take deposits. If you need to change, or cancel your booking, we shall be grateful if you can give us as much notice as possible.
Are dogs allowed on site?
We accept well-behaved dogs by arrangement. Whilst here, they must be kept on leads at all times. It is the owner’s responsibility to clean up after their pets. There are several footpaths near to the site for walkies.
Do you accept unaccompanied under 18 year-olds?
No. Our insurance does not cover us for this.
Membership
Do I have to be a member of the Camping and Caravanning Club to stay on your site?
Yes. We are a member’s only certificated site. Instant Membership Packs are available to purchase on arrival. See the Club’s website, www.campingandcaravanningclub.co.uk for details of how to join online, or by ‘phone.
Camping Card International is accepted as membership from overseas visitors.

May we have a barbecue?
Barbecues are allowed providing they are raised off of the ground. Blocks are available if required. Campfires are not permitted.
